Fixed fee for the whole Tribunal proceedings
We are unique in being able to offer you complete peace of mind and transparency of costs to take your case from the outset all the way through the Employment Tribunal to a full trial. This can be offered for a fixed fee of £6,250 plus VAT with the only additional cost being the Barrister’s fee of £750 plus VAT for each day he is required to attend the hearing.
Fixed fee for specific work
We are able to offer a fixed fee for specific work to be carried out on your behalf, such as drafting and submitting a Grievance or Appeal on your behalf, which can be done for a fixed fee of 2.5 hours based on the hourly charge of £320 plus VAT.
