Fee / Funding Options for our Employment Law Services - Fixed Fee, No Win No Fee & More

We provide executives and employees with flexible cost options including the following:-

  • fixed fees (for specific work or globally for the entire proceedings)
  • hourly charges; 
  • insurance funding; and
  • Conditional Fee Arrangements ('CFA’s') commonly referred to as 'no win, no fee' (depending on the value of the claim). 29% plus VAT of total settlement.

Hourly charge

Our team of experienced and qualified specialist employment lawyers are charged on an hourly rate basis from £375 plus VAT. 

Fixed fee for specific work

We are able to offer a fixed fee for specific work to be carried out on your behalf, such as drafting and submitting a Grievance or Appeal on your behalf, which can be done for a fixed fee of 2.5 hours based on the hourly charge of £375 plus VAT.
