Cavendish Employment Law's managing director, Caroline Walker, was featured in the Financial Times this week. Commenting on the legal implications of viewing pornography in the workplace, Caroline said "If an employer is relaxed about pornography, they are opening themselves up to a claim. There should always be clear rules, and you should set out what is expected and what is permissible.”
